Odensus is the musical project of Chilean songwriter Tom Anabalon, currently based in Leipzig, Germany. Blending indie rock with stripped-down, melody-driven songwriting, his music draws influence from artists such as Lou Reed, Syd Barrett, and Bob Dylan, combining raw lyricism, melancholic textures, and minimalist arrangements.
Alongside his musical work, Anabalon is involved in Leipzig’s independent cultural scene through Orinoco Books, where he contributes to the organization and hosting of concerts featuring local and international artists.
Odensus’ live performances move between intimate acoustic moments and noise-driven intensity, shaped by a DIY ethos and a strong focus on atmosphere and storytelling. His debut EP is set for release later this year.
